Product Marketing Director more info
FlowPlay's Product Marketing Director will join a venture backed team of casual game industry veterans to help launch and grow a new casual games and entertainment destination on the Internet. This individual will be responsible for the planning, execution and analysis of all of FlowPlay's marketing efforts. This person will shape the identity of FlowPlay's consumer facing brands and drive revenue growth through compelling marketing and conversion optimization, coupled with detailed customer segmentation analysis. The role will require clearly defining the company's marketing launch strategy as well as negotiating and managing marketing and distribution programs across multiple ad networks, search engines and web properties. The Product Marketing Director will ultimately be responsible for building a dynamic marketing organization within FlowPlay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a significant annual marketing budget aimed acquiring loyal and engaged audience members.
  • Lead all brand identity related initiatives.
  • Design and manage all marketing programs, assets, and analytics.
  • Negotiate advertising buys of various types with multiple ad networks and game properties.
  • Perform extensive multivariate testing optimizing conversions across all marketing campaigns.
  • Detailed pricing, product, and consumer analysis including competitive benchmarking.
  • Work with the product team to ensure post acquisition activities drive life time value metrics.
  • Define programs to leverage the social graph and connect flowplay's community on other social platforms.
  • Implement detailed dashboards and analytics tools to inform all product development initiatives.
Minimum Job Qualifications
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing online marketing programs (CPA, CPC and CPM).
  • Significant understanding of the consumer media space, and in particular games and social networking.
  • Established relationships in the online media buying and advertising industry.
  • Thorough grasp of core marketing practices in particular pricing analysis, customer segmentation and multivariate testing.
  • Deep familiarity with search marketing and AdWords in particular, Google Advertising Professional a plus.
  • Superb presentation skills and a clear proficiency in excel.
  • Ability to build and lead dynamic marketing organizations from the ground up.
  • Differentiating extra curricular activities that prove you are an interesting person both in and out of the office.
  • Strong academic background from a top university or college, an MBA is preferred although not required.
  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant marketing experience.
Sr. JSP Developer more info
The Senior JSP Web Developer is responsible for the creation of all consumer facing web pages. Must be able to work from artist comps and producer specs to create efficient, dynamic and highly usable web interfaces.Our ideal candidate will have solid experience developing the presentation layer of consumer facing web applications using Java frameworks and Web 2.0 technologies. Key Responsibilities
  • Take HTML and graphics from the design team and create amazing, intuitive, and cutting edge Web 2.0 user interfaces.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience with web browser technologies, especially DHTML, Client JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Proven history delivering consumer facing scalable web applications.
  • Experience working with product management and graphic design teams.
  • BSCS, or related technology degree required.
  • Experience incorporating AJAX to deliver rich client applications.
  • Server side Java UI development experience using JSP and Servlets.
  • Exposure to Java frameworks such as Struts, Spring and Hibernate.
